Stay here and enjoy your Heerlen christmas. Luxurious, fairly clean place, worth its 4 stars. It has top, peaceful setting, really close to the hot food area of breakfast, and Brunssummerheide park.

room faced the garden and had a small terrace, so the views were very nice. the bathroom of the room was very well equipped. I didn't try the bathtub, so I can't give an opinion, shower seemed huge and comfortable to use because it was 'walk in'. hotel restaurant is also worth mentioning, good cuisine and great service.
We were hoping for a space to relax with a spa circuit and saunas. we found an indoor swimming pool where there was only one jet set for the shoulders (the one in all the photos), a couple of seats with bubbles. elements of ¨spa¨ were activated from time to time and not on demand, as is usually the case. Besides, they also had a small Jacuzzi that, in such a big hotel with so much occupation is almost impossible to test. pool was taken over by families with their children, all playing without any consideration to what was around them. Children jumping from the edge of the pool to ¨bomba¨ or doing a back flip, screaming, running and even a beach ball, was part of the pool equipment.. Thank God, saunas were on another floor and people who went to them really wanted to relax, so that part was a little better. Although to get to them you have to leave the pool area, is heated, go through an unheated area, including stairs.

The hotel grounds.
One of the staff members at front desk was extremely rude. She might need some training in customeer service.

The location was good - ease of access to Ter Worm Castle. Also, the area was very quiet. We loved their marvellous breakfast with fresh omelettes and various offers.

easy access to parks and major attractions for walking lovers
I had a great time at this hotel with its friendly staff and a fantastic restaurant, making it an ideal spot for families who love exploring the nearby Nederlands Mijnmuseum and the beautiful Sint Pancratiuskerk within easy walking distance of less than 2 km, but service in the restaurant at dinner was quite slow.

Great choice for business trip. Clean hotel with very, very nice and pleasant staff and a reasonable value. Excellent room with wonderful bed and open for everyone to see, for instance. An amazing restaurant and an English bar available.
Wi-Fi was quite slow.

Amazing place with its comfy rooms, free parking, and 24-hour reception. The staff helped me find a car service on my first stay, which I remember fondly. I highly recommend it!

There's a deck adjacent to the Restaurant, and when the weather's nice you can sit out there and eat or read, or watch the world go by. Also, this hotel has a balcony for the 2nd floor rooms, and a backdoor to a deck for the rooms on the ground floor. Also has a nice indoor pool and wellness areda.

Good location right next to the highway, easy to find. Spacious lobby, and a very nice sun terrace.
Nothing wrong with the hotel, but the town of Heerlen isn't very welcoming.
